BB Bonanza..or why I need an Intervention
I started DVRing the after hours of BB and I need to not do it. I love this season and what happens is when I go to a certain website for primetime dish-I see spoilers for BB from the live feeds! It does not make me happy but it gives me something to taunt Jason and Tamiko with! Anyways, not only is there a one hour episode three times a week, the after hours is on every night for three hours! I have recorded the first two nights! It's all good though-I am starting to reframe in my mind and remember that I like doing other things-like watching other shows and reading. Chores can wait til chore day-Saturday. Til then, somebody help me!!!

Big Brother Rocks!
I am so thrilled with the new season of BB! But I must say something about Sheila and Adam-what person matched them together? I think this was a BB set up! LOL! Anyways-I am in love with the Ohio couple! I am rooting for them all the way! The challenge was fun and I cannot wait to see how the "couples" play with each other. I am so glad I have Showtime! After hours party anyone?

O.T.H Obsession Begins Again!!!
I just got the first two discs of Season 4 of One Tree Hill and I am loving it! I am on the second episode as I write this and it is so great! Peyton found out she has a brother, Deb is taking pills and carrying a gun, and the who is pregnant storyline continues. Aker loves the music on Grey's, I love the music on this show. It totally has an effect on the writing and story. You should all watch this show! I am going to be drunk with OTH and finish the whole season in three weeks since Season 5 starts in the beginning of January. I LOVE THIS SHOW!!! And I think I have Jason convinced on the name Peyton for the next dog!!

New Year-New Shows!
There is currently no end in sight to the writer's strike so most of the shows you care and love about are more than likely over for the season. However, mid season shows will be coming soon! Here are some of the selections I will be delving into come January/February:
Jericho
American Gladiators
Dirt
The Sarah Connor Chronicles
The one postive thing about the strike is that I am reading more. I just finished a great book on sex coaching which gave me a lot of good ideas for starting a private practice. If you would like to make a donation to this cause please let me know! : )

TV OCD and DVR
Well folks, I had to let some shows go. My DVR has been overloaded and I am not able to keep up on shows. Currently, I am a 5 days behind which is killing me! I stopped watching Journeyman as I thought it was going to get cancelled but now I hear it has gotten more episodes ordered. I tried watching Pushing Daisies but it was too busy so I was OK with letting that one go. Damages is almost over so that will be one less. However, the Amazing Race is starting in November so that will be a replacement. So far I am liking Gossip Girl and Bionic Woman the most out of all the new shows I am watching. I also ignored the desire to watch Private Practice which worked out for me-Wednesdays were the worst for me! Oh well-I am the expert on TV topics so if you need some advice let me know!

"Currently Watching" To Expand
So I missed some shows that I am going to be watching this season and added some unexpectedly. There were about 4 shows I missed so as always, if you watch what I watch, you will be watching quality TV! Just watch on the side for what I am watching and check it out!

"Torchwood" is Great!

So BBC America has created another great show in "Torchwood." The show follows the bisexual adventurer Captain Jack Harkness and his team of people who track aliens. The show seems very open to sexual situations. One of the members took cologne from the lair and used it to not only have a girl come on to him, but also a guy. Next week's episode promises more sex as it is about an alien strain that is sexually based. Newbie Gwen is learning the ropes. The show is filmed very well and moves at a great pace. I have only seen the first episode but I love it! Good fare for sci-fi fans!

TV News-Read with Caution!
Here is the latest on what I know about shows coming back in the fall:
Heroes-there is going to be at least 8-10 new characters this season. Someone more evil than Sylar will be the villain. One of the brothers is alive-maybe both. Claire has moved to start fresh. Hiro will be back in the past for awhile.
Desperate Housewives-Two new couples are moving to Wisteria Lane. A gay couple will move next to Susan. She is going to clash with one of them. Dana Delaney and Nathan Fillion will be moving in and she will be Bree's nemesis as they are very much alike. I have a feeling she will discover the fake pregnancy scam. Julie befriends their daughter. The cancer storyline will continue.
Brothers and Sisters-the ex wife of Senator McAllister will be on this season. Looks like a divorce could occur as someone is not scheduled for many episodes this season.
These are the main shows I know things about. If anything else comes up exciting check back here!

The BB House is Full of Water!
Amber-I can't stand you! Every single freaking episode she cries! I am so sick of it! Please powers that be make this girl get out of the house and into therapy. Anyone who cries this often has to have a disorder. I'm suprised that everyone is not floating in the house by now. She probably keeps the hot tub and pool full for sure. Or when they need to boil water for spaghetti-Amber, we need you! That's the rant for the day.

"State of Mind," A Lifetime Delight
Finally! A show about counselors! I've been waiting for this since every other profession has had a show about itself. So initially I was concerned about this show being on Lifetime-you all know how I feel about this channel! But lately the network has been having more bolder, less weepy melodramatic shows. The intro episode followed Dr. Ann Bellows finding out her husband was cheating on her with their couple's counselor and a side plot I was not too involved in. A potential love interest was identified with the new lawyer tenant moving in. They should let me be a writer for this show! Anyways, there were frequent uses of slang male anatomy words that I was surprised they aired. My favorite line was when she was with a couple who were not seeing eye to eye-"If I had to live with either of you I would cut my throat!" She then went into a semi but amusing dialogue that provided her insight and helped the couple. Lifetime likes the happy endings! Anyways, I like the show, will keep watching and recommend.

Cry Me A River on "Big Brother 8"

So does she ever dam up? This girl cries over everything! I am so sick of her ugly squinched up tear face! Every time she is in the diary room she is crying. This week's watefalls was over playing in the Veto challenge. She needs to go apply for a Lifetime show or something! I pray to the powers that be that she is gone soon! No more tears LADY!

Withdrawal
Yesterday I saw the season three finale of One Tree Hill. It was a great ending! Now I have to wait until season 4 comes out on DVD to continue my obsession. I have been watching this show 5 days a week since April. Some may say thats crazy-I say it's commitment. So withdrawal is setting in and my craving for drama will have to be quenched for now via the other shows I am watching-mostly Big Brother since it is on three nights a week!

One Tree Hill Obsession, i.e. I Love P. Sawyer
So here we go folks! My latest obsession in TV Land is One Tree Hill. Many of you have ridiculed me for watching this show-but you are all wrong! This show is great! I love it! It is not your stereotypical teenage fodder-it has great story and great emotion. It has the tendency to make me cry-it's that good. Here is why I love Peyton:She started out bitchy, had an awesome catfight, has been hurt in love many times, found out she was adopted, lost her birth mother to cancer (I cried), got shot in the infamous Columbine ish episode, and continues to prevail. I have not seen season 4 yet but will get it soon!
She is not a weak woman-which you all know I have a low tolerance for-and is strong and passionate.
More on others later if I feel they need a credit here. All of you should watch it! For more reasons why you should watch what I tell you-email me.
