Trick or Treat & Baby Toot

Aker came over with Penn Station so we could pass out Halloween candy to kids. There were hardly any kids that came-maybe 20-25. Anyone wanting candy please see me! Anyways, Greg came over and we hung out outside with Paris is got so excited over trick or treaters she hit her head on the light pole. It was quite funny! We eventually merged back into the house and watched a few Robot Chickens. After that we watched the baby epsiode of Drawn Together. It was like Muppet Babies on crack and acid! Baby Toot was a riot as it explained why she became a big eater! So funny-it was one of my faves. Aker left after that and me and Greg watched Saw 3 to prepare for Saw 4 this weekend. Hope all of you got some tricks or treats tonight!

Cleveland Visit

I went up to Cleveland this weekend to see Jason and we had a great time! Paris was very happy to see me as evidenced by her jumping on me and running around the apartment. On Friday we ordered pizza and stayed in for the night to spend quality time together. One thing I discovered on the first night is that I do not like Cleveland's cable system. The DVR there is all jacked up and it will take some getting used to. I did not sleep well due to my cold but it was all good. Saturday we continued to loaf around and ran some errands. I watched some horror flicks. He surprised me with a play that we went to see called Forbidden Broadway. It was a funny take on Broadway hits that were sliced, diced, and skewered on the stage. My favorites were "Defying Chenowith" and "Seasons of Hype." It was a very fun time. When we got home we just channel surfed and fell asleep in the living room. Sunday Jason made breakfast and helped me make some changes to my resume and cover letter. Yes, I am starting to look for jobs in Cleveland. More on that later!

TV OCD and DVR

Well folks, I had to let some shows go. My DVR has been overloaded and I am not able to keep up on shows. Currently, I am a 5 days behind which is killing me! I stopped watching Journeyman as I thought it was going to get cancelled but now I hear it has gotten more episodes ordered. I tried watching Pushing Daisies but it was too busy so I was OK with letting that one go. Damages is almost over so that will be one less. However, the Amazing Race is starting in November so that will be a replacement. So far I am liking Gossip Girl and Bionic Woman the most out of all the new shows I am watching. I also ignored the desire to watch Private Practice which worked out for me-Wednesdays were the worst for me! Oh well-I am the expert on TV topics so if you need some advice let me know!

The Big Move

So Jason is now in Cleveland and has been since the beginning of October. It has been sad at times but we have managed so far. He is enjoying his job and I am not sure what the timeline is for selling house and me getting a job up there. I am headed up there this weekend and it is unknown if I will be bringing Paris back with me or not. While I miss her, it has been like it used to be not having to think about what doors to close and having an automatic alarm in the morning that needs to pee. We will see how it all plays out in the upcoming months!
